The 2023 Awards will be announced at our Awards evening on Thursday 29 February 2024 in Brisbane at the State Library of Queensland, with thanks to our 2023 Awards Partner organisation Brisbane City Council.
After several years apart this is the go-to event to kick off 2024. Join your Place Leaders colleagues from the Asia-Pacific region for this fantastic in-person gathering of the place network. Your ticket to the Awards event includes registration to our Placemaking Summit with TWO 'Behind the Scenes' Insider Walking Tours of established and emerging precincts across Brisbane to bookend your evening at the Awards.
Tickets to the Awards event are priced at $100 each
including TWO 'Behind the Scenes' Insider Walking Tours, networking drinks, canapés and the awards ceremony.
Place Leaders members will be issued THREE complimentary tickets to the Awards evening (per organisation).
Place Leaders individual members will be issued ONE complimentary ticket to the Awards evening.
For non-members ONE complimentary ticket to the Awards evening is included with each nomination.

The Place Leaders Asia Pacific Awards Program provides a platform for the promotion and celebration of innovation and excellence across a broad field of place focused work.
The awards recognise physical projects, place processes and leadership within the six categories of Place Leadership, Place Project Large, Place Project Small, Place Process, Place Governance and Digital Placemaking.
The program highlights the achievements of Place Leaders and the ongoing contribution of the work in delivering successful place outcomes that enrich the life and well-being of all communities.
